Please note, all orders may have a slight variation to the product images. All boxes are filled from the top view only. 
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee that all chocolates and sweets will be available. In the case that they are not, they will be removed from the website and/ or you will be informed if your order cannot be fulfilled.
All orders have an up to 7 day turnover. If this is not possible, you will be directly emailed to be informed of possible delays. 
All orders are posted via Royal Mail, once your order has been handed over for postage, responsibility passes to Royal Mail solely for delivery of goods.
All orders have an estimated shipping date, however during the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee shipping on a specific date due to current postal delays. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail; for more information, please visit www.royalmail.com
