Shipping:

Blooms operates at UK mainland Shipping only.

All Shipping is couriered by Royal Mail (signed for).

Shipping is calculated by weight at Checkout.

1st Class shipping:

0-1 kg- £6.50

1-2 kg- £8.50

2-3 kg- £10.50

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

We do not have the option for next day delivery or named day delivery for majority of our products apart from the exception :

 

Rose Bubble Balloons - shipped UK wide with NEXT DAY delivery DPD- please note they are ONLY shipped after the up to 7 working day turnover period - take this into consideration when ordering  

E.G if Bubble balloon ordered Monday, it will NOT arrive on Tuesday- it will need to be carefully produced (this can take up to 7 working day) then shipped via next day delivery- Therefore may arrive the following week  

DPD next day delivery only operates on working days, it will NOT deliver on weekends  

DPD next day delivery is £12 

Please note:

  • Delivery does not include weekends. Royal Mail operate on a business day approach.
  • We do not deliver internationally or to any offshore islands (e.g. Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, etc.)
  • We do not use other couriers, and all orders are posted via Royal Mail or DPD 
  • All orders have an up to 7 day turn-around period, in which your order will be dispatched once completed within this time. You will be notified if your order is delayed for any reason. 
  • First Class delivery will normally arrive within 1-3 days after the business turnaround period, once shipped 
  • During busier periods (Christmas- Valentines/ Mother’s Day) turnaround times may significantly increase 
  • Please visit the Royal Mail website for any updates to their current delivery times.
  • In the case that the shop is closed, your order will be processed upon reopening of the shop. 

Returns:

Blooms does not accept returns, refunds or cancellations of orders under any circumstances. We are not responsible for wrongly ordered box sizes/ rose colours/ box colours/ box contents. All orders are customised are bespoke and made on order.
